    We believe creativity grows best in spaces where people respect one another, appreciate nature, and leave every place a little better than they found it.

    These simple guidelines help us keep GripaStudio welcoming for everyone.

    Before You Arrive

    Your booking:

    • ✔ Complete your payment before your arrival.
    • ✔ Please review your StudioPass.
    • ✔ Book enough time for setup and teardown.
    • ✔ If your plans change, let us know as early as possible.
    • ✔ Site visits are by appointment only.

    While You're Here

    Please help us care for this shared space:

    • ✔ Respect your booking hours.
    • ✔ Follow the maximum studio capacity.
    • ✔ Keep common areas clear.
    • ✔ Respect other events taking place.
    • ✔ Follow guidance from our crew.
    • ✔ Children should always be accompanied by adults.

    Looking After Our Studios

    Please treat every studio as you would your own creative space:

    • No food inside studios.
    • Plain drinking water is welcome.
    • Decorations require prior approval.
    • Open flames, candles, incense, hazardous materials, and high-power equipment are not permitted.
    • Please avoid anything that may damage walls, mirrors, floors, or equipment.

    Bruno Café

    We are fortunate to have Bruno Cafe in the Park as part of our home.

    Please support our cafe whenever possible. Outside food may only be enjoyed in designated areas.

    A Greener GripaStudio

    Be the Solution, Not the Pollution.

    Please help us reduce waste. Take your rubbish with you whenever possible. Leave every area clean for the next guest.

    Being a Good Neighbour

    GripaStudio sits inside a residential neighbourhood. Please help us preserve the peaceful atmosphere.

    • Keep outdoor conversations quiet.
    • Respect our operating hours.
    • Leave quietly after your event.

    Safety First

    For everyone's safety:

    • No smoking inside buildings.
    • Smoking and vaping only in designated outdoor areas.
    • No alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons.
    • Pets are welcome in designated outdoor areas while supervised.
    • Swimming pool use is entirely at your own risk.

    Parking

    Parking is complimentary but limited.

    Please:

    • ✔ Park only in designated spaces.
    • ✔ Respect EV and Priority parking.
    • ✔ Drive slowly.
    • ✔ Consider carpooling whenever possible.

    Photography & Filming

    We love creativity.

    Commercial productions, drone operations, and extensive filming require prior approval. Please also respect the privacy of other guests.

    Before You Leave

    Before heading home, please help us by:

    • ✔ Removing all personal belongings.
    • ✔ Completing teardown within your booking time.
    • ✔ Returning borrowed equipment.
    • ✔ Leaving the studio tidy.
    • ✔ Taking your rubbish with you.
